I’m looking for a skilled automation expert to teach me step-by-step how to build a simple AI agent using n8n and Google Cloud.
Objective
Create an automation that:
• Connects to multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts
• Fetches emails and calendar invites daily
• Uses AI to summarise the content
• Sends me a daily digest via email
This is not just a done-for-you job—I want to learn how to build it myself, with your live guidance (via Zoom or similar).
What I Want from You
• A 1-on-1 session (or a couple) teaching me how to:
• Set up and host n8n
• Connect it to Gmail, Outlook, and Google Calendar
• Use Google Cloud AI (Gemini or PaLM) or OpenAI for summarising
• Send the summary via email
• Guidance on handling authentication, especially OAuth
• Help me understand how to modify or expand the workflow later
You should have:
• Strong experience with n8n
• Hands-on skills with Google Cloud AI tools or OpenAI
• Experience working with Gmail & Outlook/Graph APIs
• Patience to teach and explain concepts clearly
Nice to have:
• Suggestions on how to scale or adapt the agent in future
• Teaching materials or notes after the session
