n8n OpenAI Real Estate Scout
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I already run an n8n instance that is connected to OpenAI. I now need a complete workflow that acts as an “AI scout” for German real-estate deals.
Stage 1 – Inbox monitor & pre-filter
• Watch my saved-search email alerts from ImmobilienScout24, Immonet, Immowelt and Kleinanzeigen (the messages arrive in a mixed HTML / plain-text format).
• Parse each message, extract every new listing and drop duplicates.
• Let OpenAI score the listing against my key filters:
– Price range
– Location
– Property type
– Zustand (condition)
– Rendite (yield potential)
• Notify me—via Telegram or email—only when the score meets the “attractive opportunity” threshold.
Stage 2 – Deep dive analysis
When I copy-paste the full listing into the workflow, the AI should return a concise report covering purchase price, micro-location, investment potential, property condition, main risks and an overall rating.
Deliverables
1. n8n workflow(s) with clear node descriptions and reusable credentials.
2. Any custom code modules or helpers (e.g., a JavaScript function for HTML parsing).
3. Setup documentation so I can maintain it and estimate ongoing OpenAI and mail-processing costs.
I am open to smarter technical ideas if they shorten development time or cut costs, as long as I still receive the same functionality.
