n8n Odoo-Tally Sync Workflow
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a concise n8n workflow that, every day at 6 PM, pulls all Confirmed + Paid Sales Orders from Odoo 18 and pushes each one into Tally Prime Cloud as a Sales Voucher.
Essential mapping is already decided—customer details, items, taxes, total, and invoice number must travel intact. To stop duplicates, the flow should mark each order as exported in Odoo after a successful post. If anything fails mid-run, simply log the error and move on to the next order; no emails, no manual pauses.
You will connect to both APIs directly (Odoo 18 REST/JSON-RPC and Tally Prime Cloud) and keep the design clean so future edits are straightforward.
Deliverables
• Ready-to-import n8n workflow (.json)
• Configuration notes for both API credentials and field mapping
• One-page setup & maintenance guide (run schedule, troubleshooting, version info)
