Modify n8n Workflow for Image-Based Design Generation

I have a working n8n workflow that generates designs, and I need to add a few enhancements. The workflow should accept a reference image as input to create new designs. Once generated, the design needs to be sent to Claude API to generate a product description and relevant keywords. Finally, I need the system to assign a SKU based on my criteria, rename the design file to match
the SKU, and output everything (SKU, title, description, keywords) into a spreadsheet.
Looking for someone experienced with n8n workflows and API integrations. I'm available for a video call to walk through the existing workflow and discuss the SKU logic. Please share your relevant experience with n8n and any similar projects you've completed.
