Modify n8n Expenses bookeeping Automation

I already capture every expense through an n8n workflow that listens to a Telegram chat and writes the data into a Google Sheet. The skeleton works; now I need the flow enriched so our sheet becomes truly report-ready and an automatic email wrap-up closes each accounting cycle.

What has to change
• Map three new fields coming from the whatsapp/telegram message into their own columns: project name, receiving person / company, and WBS code.
• Keep the existing date, amount and description columns exactly as they are.
• Once the sheet is updated, have n8n calculate the running total of all expenses, and then send a plain-text report through Gmail showing the grand total.
Deliverables
1. Updated n8n workflow file (JSON) with clear node labels.
2. One sample Telegram/whatsapp message format illustrating where you expect the new fields.
3. Verification video or screenshots demonstrating: a) correct column creation, b) data written in the proper places, c) email received with the right total.

Everything is already hosted in my Google Workspace and n8n instance—access credentials will be shared after hire.
