Migrate Botpress Bot to n8n

I need my existing Botpress chatbot fully recreated inside n8n. Every conversational flow that currently runs in Botpress should behave identically once the migration is complete, including the hand-offs between nodes, contextual memory, and fallback logic. The bot already connects to several third-party services; those same integrations must continue to work in n8n without any loss of data or functionality.

Beyond the one-for-one migration, I also want to expand the bot’s reach with new integrations that are not yet present in the Botpress version. We can discuss the exact platforms during the project, but I’m specifically after clean, maintainable workflows that follow n8n best practices and keep secrets and webhooks organised.

Deliverables:
• All existing conversational flows reproduced and tested in n8n
• Current third-party connections rebuilt and verified
• At least one additional integration added and demonstrated
• Clear documentation of the n8n workflows and environment variables

The project is done when the n8n bot can be swapped in for the Botpress bot with no noticeable difference for end users—aside from the new capabilities.
