Marketing Automation Instructor — n8n, HubSpot, Claude API and Full Stack
Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 INR
I am a senior B2B marketing executive with 28 years of experience across Wipro, Accenture, Bristlecone, Zensar, and Accops — now transitioning to a fractional CMO and independent marketing consultant model. I do not need someone to build workflows for me. I need a hands-on coach who will teach me to build and operate a connected marketing automation stack myself, so I can deliver these systems independently for clients.
What I need from you:
Teach me to build, not build for me. Every session ends with something working in my account, not yours. You demonstrate, I replicate, you correct in real time.
Explain decisions, not just steps. I already understand pipeline architecture, MQL/SQL logic, ABM strategy, and B2B revenue operations at a senior level. Calibrate accordingly — I need the software to catch up with the strategy, not the other way around.
Anticipate failure. Before we move on from any workflow, tell me the two or three ways it breaks and how to diagnose each. I need to be able to maintain and rebuild these systems for clients without external support.
Structure sessions around deliverables. Every session closes with a working, documented output — not a concept understood. I track deliverables per module and will not move to the next until the current one is built and functioning.
The full tool stack — in sequence:
Block 1 — Automation backbone and intelligence layer: n8n, HubSpot, Claude API, Google Sheets, Typeform, GA4, Looker Studio
Block 2 — Outbound machine and inbound qualification: Instantly, Apollo, Chatbase, Calendly, Sales Navigator, Expandi or Waalaxy
Block 3 — Competitive intelligence and attribution: Apify, Supermetrics
Block 4 — Content and distribution: Taplio, Beehiiv
The engagement is complete when:
I can demonstrate a live, end-to-end marketing automation system — inbound qualification, outbound sequences, ABM orchestration, competitive intelligence monitoring, and revenue attribution — running for a fictional B2B IT services client, without referring to notes.
To apply, show me:
A real n8n workflow you have built in a B2B marketing context — a screencast, a canvas screenshot, or a written walkthrough of the logic. Tell me which tools in this stack you are strongest in, where you would need preparation, and how you have transferred capability to someone else — not just built for clients, but coached another person through building it themselves.
If you would like more detail on the scope and expected outcomes before proposing, message me and I will share the full curriculum document over chat.
Generic proposals will not be considered.
ADDENDUM — A few things worth reading before you propose
I am sharing this context upfront because it will help you assess whether this is the right project for you — and help me find the right person faster.
On the teaching model.
The most important thing to understand about this engagement is that the teaching model is the deliverable, not the system. I need to be able to rebuild these workflows independently for different clients in different contexts. That means I need to build them myself, with you guiding me — not watch you build them and have them explained to me afterwards.
If your natural instinct is to build first and teach second, I would ask you to reflect on whether this engagement is the right fit. There is nothing wrong with that approach for a different kind of project — it is simply not what this one requires.
On tool costs.
I will cover all tool subscription costs directly. What I would find helpful is your view on which tools require paid tiers from the start of learning versus which free tiers are sufficient, and at what point upgrades become necessary.
On the curriculum.
I have a detailed curriculum document that defines what I will cover, what I expect to gain, and the real-world use cases I need to deliver across the full stack. If you would like to review it before proposing, message me and I will share it over chat. A strong proposal will reflect that you have engaged with the depth this requires — not just the tool list.
