JazzHR Recruiting Workflow Automation

What I expect the finished system to do
• Candidate Sourcing – pull new applicants from JazzHR, enrich profiles, have Claude draft personalized outreach, and log everything in n8n.
• Interview Scheduling – trigger SMS reminders and confirmations through Twilio at each interview stage, update calendar invites, and keep JazzHR in sync.
• Offer Management – generate offer letters with Claude, route them for e-signature, then change the candidate status automatically once signed.

Acceptance criteria
• All three stages run without manual intervention once a candidate enters JazzHR.
• Every Twilio SMS is logged back to the candidate’s JazzHR timeline.
• Claude interactions are traceable inside n8n for audit purposes.
• Clear, editable n8n workflows plus a short Loom walkthrough so my team can maintain them.
