N8N Integration Workflow Build

I need a seasoned n8n user to create a custom workflow whose sole purpose is to connect several external systems in my stack and pass data between them reliably. The nodes, triggers, credentials and any webhooks involved should be arranged so that once it is switched on, information flows automatically without manual intervention.

What you will deliver
• A fully functioning n8n workflow file (.json) ready to import
• Clear, step-by-step documentation explaining every node, credential, and trigger
• A short Loom or screen-share walkthrough showing the workflow in action
• Basic guidance on how I can add or swap services later without breaking the flow

Acceptance criteria
The workflow must run end-to-end on my self-hosted n8n instance, handle errors gracefully, and be easy for a non-developer to tweak. If everything syncs as described during a live test session, the job is done.
