InfixLMS-Perfex CRM Journey Automation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need my InfixLMS and Perfex CRM to behave like one seamless platform. Using n8n as the primary integration tool, I want every key learner event—videos watched, assessments completed, and full course completions—pushed instantly from InfixLMS into Perfex so I can see real-time progress alongside each contact record.
Once those events land in Perfex, the system must:
• Fire the correct email, WhatsApp, and push-notification sequences for upselling, cross-selling, and ongoing engagement.
• Update deal stages or custom fields so my sales team can act on warm leads without digging for data.
• Trigger mobile app notifications (Firebase or OneSignal are already connected) within seconds of an activity.
Deliverables I will sign off on
• n8n workflows that authenticate securely with both APIs, handle retries, and log errors.
• A documented mapping of each learner event to its corresponding Perfex field and automation rule.
• Sample payloads plus a quick video demo showing a learner completing a course and the full automation chain firing.
• Step-by-step deployment notes so I can re-import or tweak the flows later.
All of this has to be wrapped up, tested, and handed over within 5–6 days. If you can suggest a small Zapier fallback for edge-case tasks, great—just keep the main logic in n8n.
Let me know the first question you’d ask before diving in, and I’ll get credentials ready.
