I'm seeking an advanced AI voice agent capable of making outbound calls in Hindi with a nearly human-like quality. The primary goal of this AI agent is to reduce cart abandonment.
Key functionalities include:
- Calling customers who have left items in their cart without purchasing.
- Inquiring about any issues they may be facing and reasons for not completing the purchase.
- Persuading them to buy the product by offering discounts or coupon codes.
- Sending timely reminders via WhatsApp and SMS with the cart link, and following up if there's no response within 5 days.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in n8n/Zapier/Make.com
- Familiarity with Vapi.ai, Twilio Voice, Ultravox.ai, or Plivo
- Experience with Twilio WhatsApp/AiSensy, ChatGPT API SDK, and Webhooks
- Fluency in Hindi and ability to create a casual, friendly tone
