n8n GraphQL Invoice Automation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an n8n flow that hooks directly into Printavo’s GraphQL endpoint (docs: https://www.printavo.com/docs/api/v2) so I can stop pushing invoices in by hand. The goal is simple: from inside n8n I want to trigger the automatic creation of a new invoice or pull up an existing one and update it—quantities, colours, pricing, all of it—without leaving the workflow.
Here is what success looks like to me:
• A secure n8n HTTP node (or custom node if you prefer) that authenticates against Printavo’s API.
• Separate, clearly labelled sub-workflows for “Create Invoice” and “Edit Invoice,” each accepting JSON payloads so I can call them from other automations.
• Demonstrated handling of line-item data: item name, variant/colour, quantity, unit price, and any price edits.
• A quick Loom or similar screen-share showing the live flow in action and the resulting invoice inside Printavo.
I already have an n8n instance running; you’ll receive temporary credentials as soon as we agree on the approach. This is an urgent task, so if you have proven n8n + GraphQL experience and can jump on it right away, let’s get started today.
