Fix n8n Video Flow
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
The current n8n workflow that stitches videos coming from fal.ai, Veo 3.1 and Wan 2.6 is stumbling. I’m seeing persistent video playback errors, occasional data-sync hiccups between nodes, and full-out workflow interruptions whenever three clips are merged. On top of that, the voice-over drifts in tone and timing, and the final call-to-action sometimes disappears or freezes on screen.
What I need is a solid revision of the flow logic, audit is done, and any supporting scripts so each step—fetching assets from the three generators, lining up audio, merging clips, and pushing the rendered file—runs without a hitch. Feel free to optimise the webhook triggers, tighten the queue handling, or rewrite parts of the JSON if that will stabilise things.
Acceptance criteria
• All clips render and play without error in the final output.
• Data remains perfectly synchronised across n8n nodes; no missing fields or mis-timed assets.
• Voice-over is consistent in volume, pitch and alignment from start to finish.
• The three-video merge happens seamlessly, with no visual freeze.
• CTA appears and is interactive for the full intended duration.
• Workflow completes end-to-end on the first run, no manual retries required.
