Fix and Complete AI Phone Receptionist (Vapi + n8n)

Project Description
I started building an AI phone receptionist using Vapi for voice AI and phone number management, n8n for automation, and Google Calendar for booking.

The system is partially built but not fully working. We are stuck fixing one issue that creates another. I need an experienced expert to review, fix, and complete the setup so it works reliably end to end.

This is not a learning project. I need someone to finish and stabilize what already exists.

What Is Already Built
• Vapi assistant created with greeting and system prompt
• Voice configured (ElevenLabs)
• Phone number set up inside Vapi
• n8n workflows started
• Google Calendar connected
• Partial connection between Vapi tools and n8n

What Is Not Working / Needs Fixing
• n8n workflows need review and cleanup
• Vapi tools to n8n webhooks need to be fixed
• Calendar availability logic must work correctly
• Appointment booking must work correctly
• End to end testing from phone call to calendar booking
• General stability and error handling

Requirements
• Strong experience with n8n
• Experience with Vapi or similar AI voice agents
• Willing to work via live screen share
• Focus on fixing and completing, not explaining

Payment
• Fixed price project only
• No hourly work
