Fix n8n RSS 403 Error
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have an n8n workflow where the RSS Feed node returns “Status code 403” for feeds such as https://www.northernminer.com/feed/ and https://www.mining.com/feed/ . Visiting the same URL in Chrome works fine, so I suspect the site is blocking the automated request.
What I need from you:
• Diagnose why the RSS Feed node is rejected and apply the simplest working fix.
• Keep the existing node if possible—only switch to an HTTP Request node and custom User-Agent if the RSS node truly cannot be made to work.
• Prove success by showing live items flowing into the workflow during our session.
How we’ll work:
• I’ll give you access to the n8n instance (remotely).
• We’ll connect in a screen-sharing call so I can follow along and learn.
• Once the feed loads without "403" errors and the workflow saves correctly, the job is done.
