Fix my N8N - Meta Whatsapp Account

Hi,
I'm stuck on my N8N automation, connected to a Whatsapp Business phone number (from Twilio).
It's working fine with my test phone number from Meta. But, even if I have activated my "real" phone number on my Meta App, the N8N workflow is still running on the test number.
I'm unable to switch to the real number.
Is it something you know how to fix ?
I'm looking for somehow who know already the solution.
I guess it's related to Meta, not N8N, because there is nothing very specific on my N8N connection to Whatsapp. Just the App ID and Secret ID.
