Hello,
I’m looking for an experienced n8n expert to coach me via video call (Zoom or FaceTime) on how to properly build my workflow.
Goal: set up an AI chatbot for my new company that automatically handles customer inquiries on WhatsApp, responds in a human-like way, conducts the whole conversation, and completes a booking at the end by creating an event in Google Calendar (and optionally taking a deposit via Stripe).
Scope for the first session:
• Connect WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) → set up the incoming message trigger and webhook.
• Wire up OpenAI for replies (advise on best model & prompting).
• Send the bot’s answer back to WhatsApp.
• If time allows: create a Stripe payment link and Google Calendar event from the chat flow.
Payment: hourly. I’m looking to build a long-term collaboration, so send a fair and transparent hourly rate. I will collect a few offers before deciding.
Languages: English or German only.
