n8n Expert for Aviation API Workflow
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ve already built a complex workflow in n8n that integrates an Aviation related API with Airtable. I’m very knowledgeable in automation tools (both Make.com and n8n) and I’ve set up all of the logic myself.
At this point, I need a skilled n8n expert to act as my assistant for the day—helping me finalize the workflow, handle Airtable linked records, and troubleshoot field mapping—while I juggle other projects.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in n8n workflow automation
• In-depth knowledge of Airtable API, especially:
• Linked records (passing record IDs)
• Attachment fields (correct object structure)
• Ability to jump into an existing workflow and quickly understand the logic
• Available to start immediately and dedicate the next 6–8 hours
• Excellent communication skills (responsive and collaborative)
Tasks You’ll Help With:
• Review my existing n8n workflow and provide fixes/optimizations
• Ensure new aircraft creation handles:
• Comparisons against existing Airtable records
• Linking aircraft categories, companies, and aircraft operators by Airtable record IDs
• Mapping attachments (aircraft photos, company logos) correctly
• Troubleshoot and refine code/comparison nodes as needed
• Assist me in pushing the workflow to production-ready state today
About me:
I built this automation myself and know exactly what I want—it’s already 80% done. I just need someone reliable to work alongside me as a technical assistant so I can keep progress moving while managing other priorities.
Timeline: Must be able to start right now and commit to the next 6–8 hours of focused work.
