Evolution API and N8N Integration
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for someone who knows n8n inside-out and has already worked with Evolution API or similar WhatsApp Business endpoints. The immediate goal is simple: whenever a visitor performs a key action on my site—or when a purchase or sign-up is confirmed—an automated WhatsApp message must fly out through Evolution API.
Here’s what the workflow needs to do:
• Authenticate securely with Evolution API and keep tokens refreshed.
• Listen to webhooks from my website/app, parse the payload, choose the correct template (welcome, promotional offer, or order/delivery notification) and send it via WhatsApp.
• Return the Evolution API response to n8n so I can log success or failure inside my own database.
Acceptance criteria
1. A demo workflow file I can import into a fresh n8n install.
2. Messages reach the recipient’s WhatsApp account within three seconds of the trigger.
3. Clear, step-by-step README covering environment variables, webhook setup and Evolution API configuration.
If this first phase runs smoothly I’ll likely add contact-management and delivery-tracking features, so clean, extensible nodes and comments are essential. Let me know your timeline and any similar integrations you’ve completed.
