n8n Automation – Google Drive Data Scraping, ETL to PostgreSQL + Email Verification
Description:
We are seeking an experienced automation developer to create a robust n8n workflow for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations involving large datasets.
Project Scope:
Google Drive Data Scraping
Connect to multiple Google Drive folders (direct account access or shared links).
Scrape large CSV and Excel files (up to 1GB+ each).
Support parallel processing of multiple files at the same time.
Data Processing & Database Integration
Load raw data into a self-hosted PostgreSQL database.
Ensure data integrity, prevent duplicates, and maintain performance with large datasets.
Handle automated retries and error logging.
Bulk Email Verification Pipeline
Extract all email addresses from imported data.
Verify emails via Email Verification API (e.g., Reoon, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, etc.).
Store only verified email data in another PostgreSQL database (different schema/table).
Technical Requirements:
Proven expertise with n8n workflow automation.
Experience in large file handling and memory optimization.
Solid PostgreSQL database skills (schema design, indexing, bulk insert).
Familiarity with Google Drive API for data fetching.
Integration experience with email verification APIs.
Strong debugging, logging, and error handling.
Deliverables:
End-to-end n8n workflow with all integrations.
Fully configured PostgreSQL connections.
Automated process to run on schedule or trigger-based.
Complete setup & maintenance documentation.
