What it should do:
If no human answers in 15 seconds, AI picks up the call.
Greets clients: “How can I help you today?”
Can book doctor appointments following rules:
Checks doctor’s schedule and availability.
Suggests alternative times if requested slot is unavailable.
Confirms appointment with client.
Only answers booking-related questions, ignoring unrelated topics.
Responses follow provided documents and rules.
Example scenario: client requests Sunday → AI suggests Monday → checks time → confirms booking.
