n8n Data Integration Workflow

I need a clean, reliable n8n workflow that handles data integration, specifically pushing customer information into Google Sheets. The source system is already exposing the data I need; what’s missing is the automated bridge that moves each new or updated record into the right spreadsheet without duplicates.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A reusable n8n workflow that monitors the source, formats the incoming customer data (name, email, phone, plus “Post” details I track internally), and appends or updates rows in Google Sheets.
• Error handling and logging inside n8n so I can quickly see when something fails and why.
• Brief instructions so I can modify API keys, spreadsheet IDs, or field mappings later on.
We are looking for an experienced n8n automation expert (or similar tools like Zapier/Make/Integromat) to build a fully automated system for our recruitment and job-posting workflows.
The system should help us post multiple resumes on job portals, manage virtual SIM numbers and email IDs, and automatically handle incoming messages, calls, and replies — while collecting all contact details neatly into a database.
