# n8n + GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer Needed
**Conversational AI Admin Assistant – Existing Workflow (Rescue & Complete)**
We are looking for an **experienced n8n automation developer** with **real GoHighLevel (GHL) API experience** to take over and complete an **existing conversational AI Admin Assistant**.
This is **not a new build**.
A substantial n8n workflow already exists. Our previous developer is no longer responsive, and we need someone who can **analyze, fix, and finish** the system.

## Project Summary
We are building a **text-based Admin Assistant** that allows a user to send natural-language commands such as:
> “Set an appointment with Rich Cole at 1pm Friday the 23rd”
The system then:
* Interprets the request using an AI agent
* Resolves contacts and calendars
* Books the appointment in **GoHighLevel (white-labeled as Groovo)**
* Confirms the action back to the user
This assistant also supports:
* Contact management
* Opportunity management
* Task creation and updates
* Calendar availability (free slot lookup)
* Conversational memory

The AI agent already has tool access to:
* Create / update / search contacts
* Create / update / retrieve opportunities
* Create / update / retrieve tasks
* Book calendar appointments
* Retrieve free calendar slots

## What Needs to Be Done
This is primarily **stabilization and completion**, not architecture from scratch.
Key items include:
* Fix misconfigured **Task nodes** (currently pointed to opportunity resources)
* Improve natural-language → date/time parsing
* Validate time zones and booking logic
* Improve contact resolution (handling names vs IDs)
* Tighten AI agent prompting and guardrails
* Add better error handling and confirmations
* Ensure conversation memory behaves predictably
* Make the system production-reliable
