The workflow involves pulling contacts and notes from Hubspot using both the Contacts and Engagements APIs, merging the data, and posting it to Highlevel. The ultimate goal is to create a reliable migration tool that leverages the engagements API.

Key Requirements:

- Merge contacts and notes into a single JSON formatted entry.
- Ensure that if a contact or note doesn't exist in Hubspot, a placeholder entry is created.
