Checkfront Booking Automation Integration
Budget: ₹600 – ₹17,000 INR
I need a seamless, no-touch booking pipeline that moves cleanly from Checkfront to Airtable, WordPress and Stripe, all orchestrated in n8n.
The moment a guest makes or modifies a reservation in Checkfront, I want that data to:
• land in Airtable (our operational dashboard) with every field mapped correctly,
• update the relevant WordPress content, stock levels or member area instantly,
• trigger payment or refund flows in Stripe, and
• fire off branded confirmation and follow-up emails.
Every step has to be bidirectional where the platform APIs allow it, logged for traceability, and resilient to network hiccups. Webhooks, REST calls and n8n error-handling nodes should be used so nothing gets lost in transit.
Deliverables
1. Fully-tested n8n workflows covering create, update and cancel events.
2. Any custom scripts or HTTP requests needed for API quirks.
3. A short hand-over document (schema map, trigger URLs, env vars) so my team can maintain the flows.
A successful hand-off means a new Checkfront booking appears in Airtable and WordPress within one minute, the guest sees their confirmation email, and Stripe reflects the correct charge automatically.
