Expert n8n Developer to Build a 10-Workflow Automation System for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Brokerages
About the Project
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced n8n expert to build, configure, and deliver a comprehensive 10-workflow automation system tailored for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) brokerages.
Our team has already completed detailed designs for all 10 workflows, including their purpose, logic, triggers, integrations, and expected outcomes. We’ve also created internal SOPs and client-facing training manuals to support implementation and ongoing use.
Your role will be to bring these workflows to life within the n8n environment for our end-clients. This system is designed to automate key business functions—primarily using n8n and Telegram—ranging from lead generation to client follow-up.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
Workflow Construction: Build each of the 10 workflows in n8n based on our specifications.
Integration Setup: Configure integrations with tools including:
Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail) via OAuth
Telegram Bot API
Email services (SMTP / APIs)
Optional CRE platforms (e.g., LoopNet, CoStar, if client access is available)
Web scraping (if APIs are unavailable, ethically built)
Customization: Adapt workflows to client-specific credentials and variations from onboarding forms.
Error Handling: Implement robust error logging and fail-safe mechanisms.
Testing: Rigorously test each workflow and the overall system for functionality and stability.
Documentation: Provide clean, commented JSON exports and concise developer notes for future maintenance.

Requirements
Proven experience building advanced n8n workflows (please include portfolio or GitHub links)
Strong knowledge of API integration (OAuth, REST, GraphQL)
Experience with Google Workspace and Telegram integrations
Ethical and robust web scraping capabilities (n8n-native or third-party support)
Excellent debugging, testing, and documentation skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
Bonus:
Familiarity with CRE brokerage workflows or technology
CRM integration experience
Proficiency in JavaScript for Function nodes (as needed)

Fixed-price contract for the full delivery of the 10 workflows
Milestones:
50% on project start
50% on final delivery after successful testing and approval
