Build N8N Workflow for Retell.ai Calling, Google Sheets Integration & CRM Webhook Handling

I need an N8N expert to build a modular workflow for handling lead calls.
Requirements:
- Pull lead data from a filtered Google Sheet
- Use Retell.ai API for outbound calls
- Rotate "from_number" using a list of 10 numbers (from Google Sheets)
- Process end-of-call webhook from Retell.ai
- Store post-call data (status, notes, duration) back into Google Sheet
- Send post-call data to Investor Fuse 3 CRM via Webhook
