Build Production-Ready n8n Workflow for Google Sheet–Based Voice Call Automation

Project Description:
I need a production-ready n8n workflow that automatically pulls data from a Google Sheet, places voice calls, records call outcomes, and schedules follow-up tasks in the same Sheet.

The goal is to fully automate my team’s daily task follow-ups — whenever a new row appears or a status changes, the system should dial the number, play or read a preset script, capture the response (via DTMF or voice-to-text), and update the sheet with the call status, notes, and next follow-up date.

The workflow should include:
Google Sheets trigger and sync (new rows or updates).

Voice call execution via Twilio, Ring.AI, or a suggested alternative.

Conditional branching:

Successful call → record feedback and next follow-up

No answer / voicemail → reschedule automatically

Automated creation and updating of “Next Action” rows/columns.

Basic logging and error handling inside n8n (for monitoring).

Google Sheet structure (ready):

You can adjust headers if required — simplicity is key so non-technical teammates can easily understand.

Complete n8n workflow exported as JSON

A short Loom (or screen-share) video demo explaining setup and logic

Timeline:

First working version within 2–3 days

Final delivery after testing and adjustments
