Build MVP for AI UGC Video Creation (n8n Workflow)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
This project revolves around a single, clear objective: an end-to-end n8n workflow that turns any product-page URL into a JSON data package and a ready-to-publish short UGC-style video complete with AI-generated voice-over, imagery, and dynamic cuts.
How it should work
• Input: one product URL dropped into the workflow (initially via a simple form node or webhook).
• Processing: nodes scrape or call the retailer’s open data, pull title, description, images, reviews, and related products, then pass that information to selected AI services for script writing, voice synthesis, image/video generation, and final video stitching.
• Output: a downloadable/streamable video file plus the underlying structured JSON returned to the requester.
• Next step (not part of the first milestone but worth keeping in mind): exposing the same workflow via a lightweight SaaS front-end so the system can scale to multiple users.
What I need from you
– Full-time focus (≈10-40 hrs per week) during the build phase so iterations move quickly.
– Proven n8n expertise; you’ll architect the flow, handle error paths, and make it production-ready.
– Familiarity with AI tooling—LLMs for copy, TTS for voice, and image/video APIs—to choose the most cost-effective stack (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI, or any equivalent you’ve mastered).
– Insight into UGC or influencer video trends so the output feels native to TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.

3. Links or screen-caps of past AI-video or automation builds (bonus points if they involved n8n).

Acceptance criteria for the MVP
• Workflow runs unattended from URL to finished MP4 in under five minutes for a standard e-commerce page.
• JSON response contains at minimum: product title, one-sentence hook, 3-5 bullet key points, and CDN link to the video.
• All API keys and environment variables are abstracted for easy hand-off.
Code repo, API credentials, and a small set of sample product URLs will be provided immediately after kickoff so we can hit the ground running.
