Build Fully Automated Dispatcher System for Box Truck Loads (n8n + GHL + Job Scraping)

We are seeking an experienced automation engineer with deep knowledge of logistics, dispatching, and scraping technologies to build a complete freight dispatcher system. This system should scrape public job boards, parse and filter load information, and automatically route jobs to carriers using n8n and GoHighLevel.

We specialize in non-CDL box truck loads (26ft) and require a fully automated solution that covers scraping, parsing, job filtering, carrier notifications, and load tracking. You must be confident working with real-world job board structures, filters, and logistics logic.

## Scope of Work

### Phase 1: Scraping and Job Extraction

* Scrape job boards such as:

* Craigslist (Transport / Labor Gigs)
* Indeed (packaging and warehouse jobs)
* FreeFreightSearch.com
* Facebook Marketplace (optional)
* Prepare to scale to DAT, 123LoadBoard, TruckStop, Coyote, and Convoy
* Extract relevant data: pickup location, dropoff location, weight, rate, contact, equipment type

### Phase 2: Parsing and Filtering

* Build parsing logic using n8n to:

* Monitor email inbox for alerts
* Extract and structure load information
* Filter based on:

* Equipment (box truck only)
* ZIP codes / regional preference
* Rate minimum
* Weight limits

### Phase 3: Carrier Notification Workflow

* Send filtered jobs to:

* GoHighLevel pipeline (CRM)
* Google Sheets (load tracker)
* SMS or email alerts to dispatcher or carrier
* No Twilio setup required — A2P 10DLC is active inside GoHighLevel

### Phase 4: Load Tracking and Commission Monitoring

* Build a load tracker that includes:

* Status stages (New, Sent, Confirmed, Booked, Delivered, Paid)
* Rate and commission
* Broker contact details

### Phase 5: Documentation and Handoff

* Create SOPs for daily use
* Provide Loom or video walkthroughs
* Build system to be easily managed by a virtual assistant

## Required Skills

* Expert-level experience with n8n (scraping, email parsing, workflow logic)
* Deep knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM and automation
* Familiar with dispatching, freight, load boards, and MC/DOT regulations
* Experience with Craigslist scraping and job data extraction
* Strong understanding of logistics workflows and how to work with brokers and carriers
* Bonus: experience with TruckStop, DAT, 123LoadBoard, Coyote, or Convoy
