Basic n8n–Notion Workflow Automation

I need a quick, no-frills setup that lets me trigger and manage simple AI-assisted workflows in n8n and surface the results inside Notion.

Here is what I want working:
• Build one core workflow in n8n that can handle Email Notifications, Data Syncing, and Task Assignments.
• Use n8n’s AI Agents node (or equivalent) to add light decision-making where helpful—nothing complex, just enough to route or label items automatically.
• Connect the workflow to my existing Notion workspace so it can retrieve and display information in a specific page or database view. No page creation or bulk updates needed.

A clean, commented n8n file and brief setup notes are all I need. If you can get this running reliably and show me the key steps, the job is done.
