n8n Avatar Automation Pipeline

Hi,

I am Ankit, founder of Evoline Digital — an AI avatar content agency based in Nagpur, India. We create 16 AI avatar videos per month for doctors and Chartered Accountants using HeyGen + ElevenLabs.

I need an experienced n8n developer to build a COMPLETE AI agent automation pipeline that runs our entire business — from client voice note to posted video — with zero manual work.

This system currently needs 5-6 humans to run. Your job is to automate all of it using n8n AI agents.

WHAT THE SYSTEM MUST DO (END TO END):

STEP 1 — TRIGGER
Client sends a WhatsApp voice note → WhatsApp Cloud API webhook fires → n8n catches it → sends instant acknowledgment back to client

STEP 2 — TRANSCRIPTION AGENT
Downloads audio from WhatsApp → sends to OpenAI Whisper API → gets Hindi/Marathi transcription → cleans and formats text

STEP 3 — SCRIPT WRITING AGENT
Takes transcription + client profile (name, specialty, tone, language, past topics) → calls HuggingFace Mistral 7B or GPT-4o-mini → generates 16 different viral video scripts → each script has: hook, full script, CTA, caption, hashtags, best platform, best post time → saves all 16 to Google Sheets content calendar

STEP 4 — VOICE GENERATION AGENT
For each script → calls ElevenLabs API with client's cloned voice ID → generates Hindi/Marathi audio MP3 → stores file URL

STEP 5 — VIDEO GENERATION AGENT
For each script → calls HeyGen API v2 with avatar ID + script text → polls status every 30 seconds when complete fetches video URL → updates Google Sheets row

STEP 6 — CAPTION OPTIMIZER AGENT
Takes generated caption + hashtags → optimizes for platform (Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn) → adds location, trending Indian tags, best post time → returns optimized metadata

STEP 7 — AUTO POSTING AGENT
Takes video URL + optimized caption → schedules via Buffer API OR posts directly via Instagram Graph API / YouTube Data API → marks as posted in Google Sheets

STEP 8 — CLIENT NOTIFICATION AGENT
After first 4 videos ready → sends WhatsApp message to client with video links → asks for approval → on approval reply → triggers remaining 12 video generation

STEP 9 — MONTHLY REPORT AGENT
Every month-end → reads Google Sheets data for all clients → generates performance summary → sends WhatsApp report to each client

I am a solo developer and founder. I communicate on WhatsApp. I respond fast. I pay on milestone completion same day. If this project goes well — there is ongoing work every month as we scale to 50+ clients. I am looking for a long-term tech partner, not a one-time hire.
