n8n Automation for Zoho Bill Creation

I need an n8n developer to create an automation that generates bills in Zoho from text-based PDF files. The automation should validate vendors and items before creating the bills. AT the end of the task send an email with abrief summar of what was done by agent for that bill.
If the vendor dos not exist then create the vendor and then the bill
If the item does not exist then crate the otem with the defined SKU logic and create the bill

Requirements:
- Validate vendors by matching vendor name and vendor ID.
- Validate items by matching item code and item description.
- Integrate with Zoho for bill creation.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in n8n.
- Experience with Zoho integrations.
- Knowledge of PDF parsing and data validation.
- Familiarity with automation workflows.
