Automation System for News Collection, Translation, and Telegram Delivery

I need a developer to build a news automation system in n8n (self-hosted).
Stage 1: Collect news every hour from multiple APIs/RSS, filter duplicates, translate to Ukrainian, and send to 4 separate Telegram channels (Canada, Calgary, Edmonton, Ukraine).
Stage 2: Aggregate news into hourly digests per region with advanced deduplication and optional LLM adaptation.

Key Requirements:
Integrate APIs (News API, GDELT, Currents API) + RSS parsing
Implement deduplication (URL/title similarity)
Translation via Google Translate API or DeepL API
Telegram Bot API integration (HTML formatting, images)
Optional LLM integration for text adaptation (GPT-4o mini/Claude/Gemini)
Config management via Google Sheets or Airtable

Deliverables:
Working n8n workflows for both "Stream" and "Digest" modes
Deployment on VPS (Docker + PostgreSQL)
Documentation for setup and maintenance

Skills Needed:
n8n, API integration, Telegram Bot API, text translation APIs, Docker, PostgreSQL
