n8n Automation Specialist Needed

We are seeking a highly experienced n8n automation expert with proven, hands-on expertise in designing, building, and optimizing advanced workflows. This project is strictly for senior-level professionals who have been actively working with n8n in real production environments and have a deep understanding of automation architecture, API integrations, and scalable workflow design.

The selected expert will be responsible for designing and implementing three (3) complete n8n workflows, which will be used as reference and demonstration workflows for future automation projects.

In addition, strong experience with ElevenLabs (voice AI, text-to-speech APIs, audio generation workflows) is mandatory, as at least one workflow will involve voice generation or AI audio automation.

Scope of Work
• Design and implement 3 fully functional n8n workflows from scratch
• Workflows must be clean, well-structured, documented, and reusable
• Integrate third-party APIs, including ElevenLabs
• Handle authentication (API keys, OAuth where applicable)
• Implement logic such as conditionals, loops, error handling, retries, and logging
• Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide brief documentation and explanation of each workflow
• Ensure workflows follow best practices for n8n self-hosted or cloud environments

Required Expertise (Mandatory)

• Advanced, proven experience with n8n (not beginner or intermediate)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Webhooks
• REST & GraphQL APIs
• JSON manipulation
• HTTP requests
• Error handling & workflow optimization
• Experience building production-grade workflows, not tutorials or tests
• Demonstrable experience integrating ElevenLabs API (text-to-speech, voice generation, automation use cases)
• Solid understanding of automation logic, data transformation, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to explain workflows clearly and professionally
• Strong communication skills in English

Project Duration & Engagement
• Duration: 3 working days
• Engagement model: Daily rate (paid per day)
• Total engagement: 3 days
• Availability during the project week is required for collaboration, adjustments, and validations
