n8n Automation Setup & Workflows
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move our operations onto n8n and need an expert who can both install the platform on my VPS and build the first wave of workflows. You’ll begin by setting up a secure, SSL-enabled n8n instance on the server, then connect every data source in play: ERP Next, Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp (Cloud API or Twilio), plus the lead forms on our website.
The first milestone centres on Sales & Marketing. I want fully automated lead generation, follow-up, content management, and campaign tracking:
• Capture leads from website forms or WhatsApp chats, enrich them, and store the records in ERP Next
• Trigger personalised follow-up sequences through Gmail and WhatsApp at timed intervals
• Create or update Google Calendar events when a prospect books a call
• Push campaign source/UTM data back into ERP Next for clear ROI reporting
• Schedule social-media content and pull performance stats into ERP Next for one-click dashboards
Once these flows are live and error-handled, we’ll extend the same framework to wider functions—accounting, auditing, project management, auto activity reminders, HR recruitment, attendance, and payroll—so please structure your sub-workflows for easy scaling.
Deliverables

• Stable connections for ERP Next, Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and website webhooks
• Three production-ready Sales & Marketing workflows as detailed above
• Visual diagram and concise documentation for future edits
• Walk-through call to finalise hand-over
Acceptance criteria: a test lead must move from capture to follow-up with all communications sent, records created in ERP Next, and meetings logged in Google Calendar—no manual intervention, no unhandled errors. Experience integrating ERP Next or WhatsApp with n8n will put you at the front of the queue.
