n8n Automation Expert Needed (Deploy on VPS + Build Workflows)

Project Description:

I’m looking for an n8n automation expert who can both deploy n8n on my VPS and help me build and maintain workflows long-term.

I currently use a few small Zapier integrations and would like to start by migrating these to n8n on my own server as a test. From there, I plan to expand into more complex workflows for lead generation, data enrichment, and admin automation (scraping, CSV/Google Sheets pipelines, CRM integrations, etc.).

Scope of Work (Initial Phase):
- Deploy n8n on my VPS (Docker or preferred method).
- Set up secure access (HTTPS, credentials, backups/logs).
- Recreate small existing Zapier automations in n8n as proof of concept.
- Document the setup so I can understand and operate it.

Ongoing Work (Future Projects):
- Connect n8n with my Python scrapers (already built) to orchestrate scraping → enrichment → output workflows.
- Schedule recurring automations (weekly lead collection, notifications, etc.).
- Build integrations with APIs (e.g., Stripe, Google Sheets, Gmail, Telnyx, CRM).
- Optimize performance (proxy handling, batching, retries).

Requirements:
- Proven experience with n8n workflow design and self-hosted deployments.
- Familiar with Docker, Linux server setup, and basic DevOps (SSL, environment variables).
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2, API keys).
- Bonus: experience migrating workflows from Zapier/Make to n8n.
- Good communication skills — I’d like to build a long-term relationship as I expand automations.

Deliverables:
- A running n8n instance on my VPS with HTTPS access.
- At least 1–2 Zapier automations successfully migrated to n8n.
- Step-by-step notes on deployment & workflow setup.
