n8n Automation & Cybersecurity Simulation

I need a freelancer to build a simple agent-like automation in n8n and simulate cybersecurity attacks on it.

Main Tasks:
Create an n8n workflow that:
- Accepts tasks via Webhook
- Uses OpenAI for processing, including sentiment analysis
- Stores tasks in Google Sheets
- Sends email confirmations

Simulate 3 red-team Proofs of Concept (PoCs):
- Spoofing attack (unauthorized task injection)
- Prompt injection (if OpenAI is used)
- Exfiltration via email node

Document:
- How each attack works
- Screenshots, impact, and basic mitigations

Deliverables:
- n8n workflow .json
- PoC attack steps/scripts
- Short PDF or Markdown report

Skills Needed:
- n8n workflow automation
- Webhooks, email nodes, and API integrations
- Cybersecurity basics (spoofing, prompt injection)

Timeline: Delivery needed in 7–10 days.
