Key functionalities:
- Analyze performance metrics: ROI (most critical), PnL, drawdown.
- Validate against predefined rules:

- Maximum allowable drawdown
- Consistent profitability over time
- Send alerts via Telegram for any rule breaches
- Optionally recommend rebalancing actions
