Audit N8N Outbound Workflows

I already built the outbound–calling automation that links Google Sheets, Vapi, n8n, and GoHighLevel. I’m looking for a fresh set of expert eyes to review what I have, spot anything that could break, and make quick corrections so the whole chain runs smoothly.

Here’s what matters to me:
• The n8n workflow reliably fires the outbound call through Vapi whenever the Google Sheet is updated.
• Google sheets is updated with outbound calls made
GoHighLevel creates a contact if the customer accepts the offer.
• No unexpected errors surface during execution.

You will:
1. Inspect the existing n8n nodes, connections, and credentials.
2. Run a test that proves the outbound call is initiated end-to-end.
3. Patch or optimize any step that prevents the expected action from completing.
4. Give me a concise summary of changes so I can maintain the scenario afterward.
