Job Title: n8n Workflow Setup and AWS Installation for AutoVidPro Video Automation Software
Job Description:
We are building the world’s first fully automated video creation and posting AI agent software, AutoVidPro, under Whitestone Technologies LLC. This "n8n Workflow Setup and AWS Installation" task uses the n8n low-code platform to automate 3–5 faceless videos daily to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, focusing on the travel and money niche (investing, finance, day trading). I need you to install and configure n8n on an AWS EC2 instance I provide, with minimal oversight (1–2 hours/week) delivery is due by July 25, 2025 (9–11 days).

Itemized Deliverables:
* Install and Configure n8n on AWS:
* Set up n8n on an AWS EC2 instance using my provided account access, ensuring 24/7 operation.
* Set Up n8n Workflow:
* Configure n8n to connect APIs (ChatGPT, Creatomate, ElevenLabs, Buffer, Airtable) for daily video automation.
* Include a Schedule node to trigger 3–5 videos/day.
* Automate Video Creation:
* Use ChatGPT node to generate scripts, Creatomate node to create videos, and ElevenLabs node to add narration.
* Complete audio-video merging (e.g., via API or FFmpeg).
* Automate Posting:
* Use Buffer node to post videos to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram with captions/hashtags.
* Optimize posting times (e.g., 9 AM, 1 PM, 6 PM PDT).
* Log Data:
* Use Airtable node to log Niche, Script, Captions, Hashtags, VideoURL, and PostTime.
* Test and Deliver:
* Test workflow for 3 consecutive days to confirm 3–5 videos/day.
* Provide a 1–2 page user guide for 1–2 hours/week oversight.
* Compliance:
* Embed disclaimer (“Not financial advice”) in all video captions.
API Key Setup Notes:
* OpenAI (ChatGPT): Sign up at platform.openai.com, create an API key ($10/month for gpt-4o-mini), copy it.
* Creatomate: Sign up at creatomate.com, get an API key ($39/month), create a template with script_text and captions_text placeholders, note the template ID.
* ElevenLabs: Sign up at elevenlabs.io, get an API key ($4/month), select a voice ID from the dashboard.
* Buffer: Sign up at buffer.com, get an access token ($15/month), find profile IDs for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram in settings.
* Airtable: Sign up at airtable.com, get an API key (free tier), create a “ContentCalendar” table (Niche, Script, Captions, Hashtags, VideoURL, PostTime), note the base ID.
* Provide After Hire: I’ll share these keys and AWS IAM credentials post-selection via secure messaging.
Skills We Are Looking For:
* n8n Expertise: Experience installing and building workflows with Schedule, HTTP Request, and Loop nodes.
* API Integration: Knowledge of REST APIs (OpenAI, Creatomate, ElevenLabs, Buffer, Airtable).
* AWS Setup: Ability to configure n8n on AWS EC2 instances.
* Automation: Understanding of schedulers and testing workflows.
* Documentation: Ability to create a clear user guide.
What We Need You to Code:
* Install and configure n8n on an AWS EC2 instance with my access.
* Set up n8n nodes for ChatGPT script generation.
* Configure Creatomate and ElevenLabs nodes for video/narration, including audio-video merging.
* Build Buffer and Airtable nodes for posting/logging, optimizing times.
* Test and document the full n8n workflow.
Requirements:
* Experience with listed skills.
* Deliver by July 27, 2025.
* Clear communication via Upwork/Fiverr.
Budget: $125–$250 (5–8 hours of work estimated to do it including AWS setup).
Payment: 50% upfront ($62.50–$100), 50% upon delivery.
