What We're Building
Input: Client onboarding form + knowledge base of strategy calls/documents
Output: Professional, branded strategy document (8 sections, 25-30 pages)
Platform: Must work within our n8n + Google Workspace
Technical Requirements
Knowledge Base & Training
Process 50+ hours of strategy calls/videos/content into searchable format
Ingest strategy documents, frameworks, and templates
Implement smart content retrieval (vector DB or your preferred method)
System must "learn" from consultant's voice, style, and methodology
AI Agent System
8 specialized agents handling different strategy sections:
Business audit, competitor analysis, positioning, digital presence, channel strategy, customer retention, implementation roadmap, KPIs
Master orchestrator that coordinates all agents and combines outputs
Quality control ensuring consistent voice/branding across sections
Error handling and recovery for production reliability
Integration Requirements
Webhook trigger from GoHighLevel form
Output to formatted Google Doc with branding
Log all projects to Google Sheet for tracking
Must use OUR n8n workspace and API keys only
