Tunis Airport Retail Audit
Budget: $30 – $70 USD
I need a mystery shopper to visit the retail stores inside Tunis–Carthage International Airport and quietly evaluate how each outlet performs on three fronts: how staff treat customers, whether key products are on the shelves, and how clean and orderly the shop looks. You will go through the normal customer journey—enter, browse, ask a question or two if appropriate, and if possible make a small purchase—while noting specific, factual observations.
After the visit, I’ll expect a concise report that covers:
• Customer-service interactions (greeting, assistance, farewell)
• Any missing or out-of-stock items you notice in high-visibility areas
• Floor, shelf and counter cleanliness plus general store tidiness
Please include timestamped photos of the storefront and one interior shot taken discreetly, along with your written findings. The full package should reach me within 24 hours of the visit so the data stays fresh.
