My website needs maintenance - Not loading properly

I'm having trouble getting my site to load correctly. I have been in contact with my A2 Website Host, and here's what they tell me that needs to be done.

While checking from my side "ascendperformancellc.com" is loading a bit slow as in the screenshot attached.

I notice that you've not set up Cloud flare CDN for your domain ascendperformancellc.com yet. As a good step that can be done from your side, we recommend enabling Cloud Flare which adds an additional caching to reduce the resource up to a certain level. The Cloud Flare can be configured can from cPanel. Here is how you can point the domain to Cloud Flare and I suggest you go with the Full DNS setup.
