my website is duplicated in another site, some please find out for me why???

I'm looking for someone to help me understand why my website has been duplicated in another site. This is for personal use, not for an existing business or for starting a new enterprise. I don't think I need a website audit, and I don't need any help navigating legal issues. I just need somebody to figure out why my website is being duplicated in another site, and to explain it to me in simple terms.
