A web app that generates and writes .docx files with custom data

Hello, I'm interested in a simple Web App with a simple interface running on my domain that can basically generate and write in 9 different .docx files per client. For 6 of the generated documents we just enter data. Some data will require different formatting like a date should be in "dd.mm.yyyy" format etc. For the rest of the 3 generated documents, we use data entered before and do a few basic calculations like sums, multiplication and division, nothing complicated. I will provide the documentation with pictures and examples I wrote after you take on this project.
