vtiger mysql data migration

As leads are qualified in vTiger, I need the demographic data, migrated into a billing program with a MySQL database backend. The affected tables customer, customer_insurance, doctor, and insurance company will need to be checked for a duplicate, and then add the data from the CRM. The migration process trigger can be discussed.
