super simple 2 page demo project of a sample web service

Part 1: Server
Create a RESTful web service and add financial data stored in a MySQL database. Download the csv of the financial data from here: https://www.kaggle.com/dmsconsultingsa/municipal-debt-risk-analysis
Part 2: Client
Create a 2 page Angular app that will invoke the web service to get the data and display the it in a graphical format similar to the attached image. The first page should have an input selection box for the user to enter either "Residential", "Agricultural", "Business" or "Other". The data corresponding to these rows (in the accountncategory column of the data) in the dataset should be shown on the next page once the selection is entered. Also, include a button to export the data or send it to the user's email. (Bonus if you include user login.)
