my sql phpmyadmin expert query

i have database in mysql and i need to query to show me these details
the database contain these columns
id , time, count etc..
what i want is
query to show table in php
shows the id with time and total count and the max count in hour in each day
for example i have the output in excel
need same of it to do in query
