run reports without running MYSQL queires

Hello i have a CRM system where i can run reports on the front end. However, the only problem is that i must use MYSQL queries to generate these reports. I need a fix so that there will be no need for coding to run these reports and it will be user friendly so that any person can do this without the knowledge of coding.
